Hm - the `LocalActor` creates an `Executor` - the `Executor` creates a
threadpool. When a task runs inside of the threadpool, the first thing it does
is call:
```
Thread.currentThread.setContextClassLoader(replClassLoader)
```
So this replacement happens inside of the child threads also.
