In my opinion, there are 2 problems:
1. One of the ContextClassLoaders of `LocalActor`'s threads is tainted in
the constructor of `Executor`.
2. The delegation order is messed up.
The first is fixed by my patch, and the second is fixed by @pwendell's
patch.
I have added the @pwendell's patch and pushed.
