So, shall we propogate this change to other classes in the deploy package,
in this PR or a different PR?
e.g.
https://github.com/apache/spark/blob/master/core/src/main/scala/org/apache/spark/deploy/master/DriverInfo.scala#L33
can be changed to private[deploy]
