@chenghao-intel Why `hasStorageSpec` was not implemented right? Also
`CREATE TABLE USING` will use `CreateTableUsingAsSelect`. Also, a little bit
off topic, can you remind me why the `desc` in `CreateTableAsSelect` is an
`Option`?
