For my case it means:
```scala
(new ParamGridBuilder).addGrid(lr.regParam, Array(0.1)) == (lr.regParam=0.1
&& new ParamGridBuilder.build())
```
So if there's only 1 param - just overwrite the default value and again run
as with empty param map.
