@nkronenfeld I suppose this argument does depend on whether I'm right about
this: you could express anything you can express with a bunch of `DStream`
operations ending in a bunch of actions, using one big call to `foreachRDD`.
Where does this most conflict with your experience with what you're trying to
do? that might suss out the problem here one way or the other rapidly.
