Just enumerating the facts, 1) Scala 2.13 deprecated the syntax 2) Scala 3 migration guide clearly documents there's no longer such syntax, and even leaving `Symbol` is temporary, also deprecated and will be removed in future 3) Scala 3.0.0-RC1 looks to be up in dotty repo.
