Yes. We only rewrite `table.storage.locationUri` once with
HiveClientImpl.convertHiveTableToCatalogTable. Then use the rewritten uri to
rewrite the other location uri:
CaseInsensitiveMap(table.storage.properties).get("path"), the partition
location.
