### What changes were proposed in this pull request? In order to have a real server, and a real simple client in the same process in test, pull the `org.apache.spark.sql.connect.client` into new `spark-connect-client-jvm-internal` module, so that the internal SparkConnectClient can be pulled into testing of the server. ### Why are the changes needed?
