shoudl `asIntegral` be removed for PhysicalFractionalType, float and double
, I find the method not be used.
if shoudle not removed,should we add this.
`implicit object DoubleIsFractional extends DoubleIsFractional with
Ordering.DoubleOrdering`
because it is in scala2.12.
