Fix master url prefix stripping in spark submit.
The mesos:// prefix no longer works with SparkSubmit cluster mode, due to a
recent change that only strips the master url prefix once.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/tnachen/spark fix_mesos_client
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
