Hi @squito,
Yeah that all makes sense and I think we are on the same page, so let me
put what we've been talking about in another commit and we can take another
look. I noticed too that the timeout in ask is throwing an
`AskTimeoutException`, do think it is ok to be changing it to just a
`TimeoutException`? I didn't find anywhere explicitly catching
`AskTimeoutException`, so it might not be a problem. Thanks!
