@squito I fixed the Scala style issue and updated the `HashShuffleReader`
to close each Block `InputStream` sooner -- immediately after all records are
read.
I have no more work to do on this PR from my side and all unit tests pass
but, of course, I'm happy to make any changes reviewers recommend. I hope that
this can be merged soon.
