When debug `ON`, it is already redirected to ./target/unit-tests.log. Only
when debug `OFF` do we not get the log4j conf; in that case, we preserve the
logs in `./sql/connect/client/jvm/target/spark-connect-test-server-*.log`.
Do you suggest redirecting to
./sql/connect/client/jvm/target/spark-connect-test-server-*.log on debug `ON`
as well?
