Thank you, @viirya . It would be great if that's enough. However, if you don't mind, could you get @dbtsai 's explicitly confirmation because he is the one who sent -1 on RC2? Also, @gengliangwang 's confirmation too. It could be very weird if we get a repeated `-1` from the PMC members on RC3 due to this.
