Review Comment:
   This PR aims to avoid a silent failure inside `checkError`. For other 
propagatable unhandled IOException, `SparkContext.stop` already logs like the 
following. So, I didn't use `try ... catch ...` or `Utils.tryLog...` 
intentionally.
