Fixed the CI failures in the latest commit:
- Updated `csv-functions.sql.out` golden file (`schema_of_csv('14:30:45'`)
now correctly infers `TIME(6)` instead of `TIMESTAMP`)
- Excluded the e2e inference test from `CSVLegacyTimeParserSuite` (legacy
parser doesn't support TIME - same exclusion pattern as existing entries)
