Addressed the latest review in 08dc28c57d7: - `V2TableReference` shared-cache adaptation now clears the captured CHAR/VARCHAR scan mode so the current analysis binds it. - Removed the unused V1 mode-insensitive identity helper. - V2 descriptor lookup now searches every relation in a cached query while keeping direct-cache lookup strict. - Corrected the `None` comments on both V1 and V2 relations. - Added the missing committed catalog-less micro-batch regression for `uncacheByV2Relation`. For the prior CI failure, `CachedTableSuite.RENAME TABLE manages cache with time travel plans correctly` passes locally both alone and in the full `CachedTableSuite` (173 tests). No rename production change was needed; this push retriggers the failed shard.
