### What changes were proposed in this pull request?
This PR allows `PlanMerger` to merge subqueries when filters are propagated
from both children of the same join.
The left and right filter attributes are combined with `AND` in a `Project`
above the merged join.
### Why are the changes needed?
SPARK-56677 supports filter propagation from one join child. When both
children produce filters, `PlanMerger` currently skips the merge, causing the
same join to be executed more than once.
### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
Yes. More scalar subqueries can share the same join execution. Query results
are unchanged.
