Thanks for the updates — I re-reviewed the rebased head. The `/proxy/local-`
case in `isAppSpecificProxyBase`, the `stop()` proxyBase-restore assertion in
`SparkContextSuite`, and the negative/dedup `maybeAddReverseProxyConfig` cases
in `MasterSuite` are all present, and the `X-Forwarded-Context` composition now
extracts the URL path for an absolute `reverseProxyUrl` as suggested.
