Thanks for the review @HyukjinKwon. - **Coverage secret name:** fixed in 55ad4aba. - **Maven remote cache:** this first iteration is deliberately defensive and mostly brings observability: tests are never served from the cache. A second iteration, discussed with @holdenk, will make the test tasks cacheable once we've identified the additional inputs the cache key must account for. - **Output-parsing steps:** a failed publish doesn't log at error level. With a rejected key, both builds log `The Develocity server (develocity.apache.org) rejected the credential...` at `[INFO]` (Maven) and `[info]` (sbt). - **Publish gate:** both builds now publish only when authenticated with develocity.apache.org (`authenticated` in `develocity.xml`, `_.authenticated` in `build.sbt`), see 29554532.
