Thanks for the updates. The coverage mapping now uses
`SPARK_DEVELOCITY_ACCESS_KEY`, and both builds now gate publishing on
`authenticated`. The log-level details and the first-iteration rationale for
the Maven cache answer my earlier questions. One follow-up on the publish gate:
in `.mvn/develocity.xml`, the remote cache's `enabled`/`storeEnabled`
expressions still accept any non-empty `DEVELOCITY_ACCESS_KEY`, so a key for
another server still turns on the ASF remote cache. I left that, plus a
question about keys stored in `keys.properties`, in the new review.
