### What changes were proposed in this pull request? Mention `Co-authored-by: ` in the PR template as an alternative to `Generated-by: `. ### Why are the changes needed? This matches [current ASF guidance][1]. In many cases, `Generated-by: ` over-claims the involvement of AI tooling that only assisted the human author, rather than authoring the patch itself. `Co-authored-by :` is more appropriate. The version specification doesn't always fit, however. GitHub Copilot, for example, is integrated with VSCode and doesn't have a fixed version. It routes activity to a mix of underlying models. So I leave that part out. I left it in the template, though, since that's what ASF recommends.
