Able to write tests aganist a real mesos cluster is a outstanding issue,
which we need more help to setup some automated way to do this. I'm chatting
with @dragos to see how we can collaborate, but hopefully we can have a set of
integration tests targeting a mesos cluster spun up and run certain tests
aganist any Spark PR / commit.
