hmmm....I think the problem in this patch is that it involves too much
network-relevant information in the scheduling modules. The ideal case shall be
that the other module provides the HOSTNAME/HOST_IP to the scheduling module
which always assumes this input to be correct....
can we move this changes to TaskLocation to make the patch cleaner?
