If you purge the META-INF stuff, you'll just need to make sure your app has
the newest javax.ws.rs classes available; that may or may not mean adding
exclusions when adding a spark-core dependency, depending on the artifact
names. The order the jersey 1 and 2 jars are included does not matter, since
they do not conflict with each other.
