@zsxwing I was researching the note in `ExecutorRunner`
[here](https://github.com/apache/spark/blob/master/core/src/main/scala/org/apache/spark/deploy/worker/ExecutorRunner.scala#L66)
and I believe they are talking about the `WorkerWatcher`. This seemed to
mostly kill the driver process but not always, e.g. right after
`DriverRunner.start`. I just want to be sure that it make sense to have both
that and a shutdown hook in place?
