@mateiz thanks, I'm working on simplify this,
just one thing to confirm, if we call resourceOffer with NO_PREF only after
NODE_LOCAL, we will have the additional delay as we discussed yesterday, that's
acceptable?
As far as I can tell, that makes streaming.BasicOperationsSuite.map test
case failed in my laptop sometime, but most of cases fine (Jenkins seems always
be fine) (the failed reason is that it doesn't return within 1000ms)
