Sorry for immediate modification.
- CosineDistanceMeasure and TanimotoDistanceMeasure are reverted before
64f7389
-- Because both classes can not be applied Weighted trait
- Rename TanimotoDistanceMetric class to TanimotoDistanceMeasure
-- Tanimoto distance is not a metric
