- DistanceMeasure trait extends Function2[Vector, Vector, Double]
- Add implicit method for DistanceMeasure
- Add DistanceMetric trait for not distance function
-- ex) CosineDistanceMeasure, TanimotoDistanceMeasure,
SquaredEuclideanMeasure are subclass it
