@jerryshao yeah you are right jerry for spark-submit and launcher its
works, but for many time user also have usecase to just locally using spark
like reading file with spark more fast even we run it locally and for local it
also provide random app name i think its good to not restrict user to define
app name i am just suggesting if there is some reason behind it i dont have
problem to close this PR.
But as you see below we already do same for spark session
