My concern is that previously Spark will throw an exception if app name is
not set, while in 2.0 we bring in SparkSession which breaks the convention, so
do we need to let SparkSession to be aligned with SparkContext or vise versa.
Also IMHO UUID a not good name, can we figure out a more proper one like what
we did in SparkSubmit.
