@srowen Actually i have tried that, and the result is the MANIFEST.MF still
in assembly jar. I mean when set

the ```<exclude>META-INF/*.MF</exclude>``` did not work.
So your another suggestion is do not include the MANIFEST.MF in assembly
jar, right? If so SBT assembly jar and Maven assembly jar has different
behavior for MANIFEST.MF, it's ok?
