A large fraction of the test failures in DAGSchedulerSuite are because it
passes `null` for `CompletionEvent.taskInfo`. I don't think that this field is
actually nullable in real Spark jobs, so we should probably fix up those tests
to include a mock TaskInfo objects in the events that they construct.
