OK, I've just pushed.
I also had a look at mllib's use of JBLAS, and, well... I really wish
somebody would pay me to look and this and optimise it because it could be a
**lot** faster by using Breeze / `netlib-java` consistently and a general
review/performance stress of the implementation of many of the algorithms here.
