I opened https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SPARK-5665. If you would,
update the title of this PR to `SPARK-5665 [DOCS] Update netlib-java
documentation` for example.
JBLAS is used for `DoubleMatrix` internally as far as I can tell. Have a
look at the usages and see if you think you can propose an improvement.
netlib-java also needs native code available to no? that's a different version
of the same problem, involving a build profile change in the case of Spark.
Still I'd rather have 1 rather than 2 libraries to deal with.
