This is all wrong. These configurations are *NOT* scheduler configs and do not belong in that structure. That structure maps 1:1 onto queues.yaml and needs to stay in sync with it. The configs need to be parsed out separately and stored separately as *global* configuration for the core event system, not the scheduler. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
