if you make a find / -name libclntsh.so.10.1 -print
and you get a file named libclntsh.so.10.1 because you installed a rpm that 
contains it, then it is a bug in the php.spec which results to this message.
You allso can fix it with the correct packet name but why?
PHP is allways work in progress.
