On a DL380G5? You can install RHEL3u8, RHEL4u4, RHEL5u0 and later
according to HP Support and my own experience.
Why exactly are you hesitating between RHEL5 and RHEL5u1b? If it's
from a feature point of view, then fine - use 5u1b, but it's not an
HP Supported Configuration (yet). If it's to actually use the server
for something specific, then any of the versions I mentioned above is
possible.
