Hi
The only time I saw similar error messages was for the following
reasons:

time on hardware out of sync or not having an internet connection or
having wrong proxy settings.

Other than that I am unsure what would be causing the problem. The time
stamp on the file I don't believe is relevant to your problem, its just
the date the file was packaged.

Double check your settings in the rhn config file that it points to the
correct certificate directory.
