Yes we have the same setup and we are also very upset with level of service that we are being given. I have complained to my account representative and was summarily ignored. I don't know if Red Hat is trying to force its users into a Satellite subscription or just can't seem to scale or run RHN correctly. RHN has always been a dog to log into and that by itself should be enough to complain about but when i can't randomly update my boxes which is at a base level what RedHat sells me i get very frustrated.
I guess i will just submit a ticket and try to force them into giving me an answer why this has been happening.
