At the riks of a "me too"....

I'm on a consulting gig introducing a customer to Red Hat.  Week
before last RHN was, for all intent and purpose, completely down for >
3 days (1 in 10 attempts would connect, nearly all would die before
updates completed).  Needless to say, my customer was less than
enthused.  It was better last week, but still spotty.  Last couple
days it was OK.

I called support that first week, and was merely told there were
issues that "would be resolve in about an hour".  Apparently my phone
was actually a portal through time, because it was 48 hours in my
world.....
