I'm just familiar with the name and the benefits, never looked at how
its integrated.
I'm using a little of JMX... it provide an easy way to export some API
to the exterior... Is something like Web Services... Is like "Hey,
here are the methods, parameters etc. of my application/service that
you can call, change, etc." so you can start a JMX console, connect it
to that and other services and "see" what operations are available,
provide values to params and call them.
JMS in the other hand is more like a "signaling" mechanism. You can
have one producer and several consumers. Also the signaling can be
asynchronous. You can send messages to an queue that get processed
later... Never did anything with JMS, i know this from hearing the
Java Possee people.... :)
