Hi Ian,

I'm guessing that something is going wrong with your tags (or you are
choosing not to tag your files at all).  If the Scanner does not find
valid tags then it uses the path and file names to try and guess the
artist, title, etc.

Your structure, however, is not one of the default structures used by
SlimServer.  If my assumptions above are correct, you simply need to go
to Server Settings -> Formatting.  Scroll to the bottom and you will see
GUESS TAGS FORMAT.  You should add your structure which should be: 
ARTIST/ALBUM/(TRACKNUM) TITLE

Additionally, priority goes to the first format so you may want to make
this the first one.
