You can add ReplayGain while encoding FLAC by using "--replay-gain" in
your encoder arguments.  This will be track gain only not album gain. 
Track gain will make all tracks approximately the same volume.  Album
gain tries to do this while preserving the volume differences between
tracks in an album.  I personally don't use album gain because I rarely
listen to an album at a time.

Do not use EAC's volume normalization.  This irreversibly alters the
volume of the resulting file.  ReplayGain does not, it merely adds a
tag to say how loud it should be played back.
