I have Artist = Composer (I have an mp3tag action script to copy the Artist tag, populated by EAC, into Composer). I do find short Classical works to be the biggest problem, though. If its, say, a 15+ minute concerto then I'll tag it as its own Album. Then, to play the whole CD, I'd have to use Browse Music folder (because I keep one CD = one directory) But a 3-5 minute piece?? I tend to lump them into a single album probably similar to the CD name, and expect to play all the tracks at once. As for Robin's ideas: I've been thinking about doing something similar, populating many tags and then either waiting for slimserver to catch up or using mp3tag action scripts to copy the content around.
