One way is to treat each piece (or each major piece) as a separate album. Or, if there are "filler" pieces that you rarely listen to, what I do is just never even add them to the library. I basically treat each work as its own entity. Sure it isn't the way the CD was structured, but we've moved BEYOND the restraints of the CD, right?
Anyway, it's a personal choice.
