Just put a shortcut to the second drive on the first drive, clear & rescan.
Watch out for external drives though, due to Windows permissions especially in Vista, the user SlimServer sometimes doesn't have permission/privileges to access the external drive. You'll know this when you see the "Oops [path] doesn't appear to be a valid drive" error.
