Yep, Classical tagging will always be a challenge. I could describe my system but an Opera fan would probably declare it the work of a madman (I have negligible opera in my collection!).
At the core of classical tagging is the paradigm shift to break away from the 'LP/CD' model of pop/rock and adopt 'work' as the main organising unit. But it's such a huge effort, who can face it?
