You can't do any form of jitter correction when ripping a CD. Although digital recordings contain jitter, you have no way of knowing what jitter was introduced, and how to correct it.
Also with a multitracked recording, with overdubs, you will have different amounts of jitter per instrument. As such, even if you knew the jitter introduced, you wouldn't be able to reverse it for each individual element of the mix. All you can do is hope that the studio has minimised the recorded jitter. Note: for playback over an SB or TP, then introducing further jitter is, of course, an issue. It is not a function of the ripped file, however, but of the hardware inplementation.
